I had a fantastic stay! The hotel is super close to restaurants and just a 5-minute walk from the American consulate, which was perfect for my trip. The room had AC and a mini fridge, and the breakfast was delivered right to my door—you can't beat that! The staff were genuinely friendly; they even helped me out with a phone charger adapter, which was a lifesaver. Such a cozy vibe!
One downside was the minibar; it had overpriced items, and I would've preferred a fridge for my own snacks. a buffet breakfast would be a better option instead of the limited offerings. though, the experience was great!

I recently stayed at this charming hotel for a week while attending a conference. The rooms were clean and well-decorated, providing a comfortable ambiance. I loved that breakfast was served in-room at no extra cost, and it was a good start to each day. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the staff went above and beyond, even finding me an adapter for my phone charger. Plus, it’s conveniently located near restaurants and just a short walk from the consulate.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

I had a really nice stay here! The hotel is in a safe area, very close to the American consulate, and within walking distance of some great restaurants. I loved that breakfast was brought right to my room—super convenient! The staff was friendly and even helped me out with an adapter for my phone, which I thought was really nice.
There were some downsides. The mini-bar had overpriced snacks, and I would have preferred a regular fridge to store my own food. The breakfast options could use a little upgrade; a buffet would have been much better. it was a solid experience, but a few tweaks would make it even better!

Pros Feeling appreciated at every turn at the lovely Pousada Lorde Ingles. A cute rabbit-shaped napkin and personalized breakfast before my early flight on Easter delighted me. Walking me to a taxi in the pouring rain, they made a lasting impression. Overall, a charming stay to treasure.
